Serves as a connecting component between the cable and the energy absorber.
Enables cable adjustment and tensioning to maintain a taut horizontal lifeline.
Equipped with a tension force indicator plate that begins to rotate once the correct tension level is achieved.
Includes cable sealing to prevent unintentional rotation caused by vibrations.
