The Groxx GRXRDPUL800 is a high-precision internal guide plate engineered for 800 kg capacity traction hoists. Positioned within the internal drive chamber, this component acts as a physical barrier to separate incoming and outgoing wire ropes. By preventing cable overlap, crossing, and internal friction, the GRXRDPUL800 ensures smooth cable spooling and protects the hoist’s drive mechanism from catastrophic jams during continuous lifting operations.
Primary Functions
  • Cable Separation & Routing: Maintains a rigid physical boundary between the primary load-bearing wire rope and the slack tail rope, preventing cross-threading and entanglement inside the hoist housing.
