To ensure the structural integrity of the GRXISF50 system, we provide a range of heavy-duty support columns. These are the backbone of the Groxx safety ecosystem, engineered to provide rigid stability for both standard runs and high-impact zones.
Series: GRX-COL Industrial Uprights
Our columns are manufactured using premium-grade cold-rolled steel to ensure verticality and resistance to warping under stress.
Main Column Tube: Cold-rolled square steel.
Standard Wall Thickness: 1.5mm (Precision square tubing).
Base Plate (Foot) Material: Heavy-duty 5mm cold-rolled steel for superior floor-anchoring strength.
We offer three distinct profiles to accommodate different height requirements and environmental demands:
Reinforced Footing: Each column features a specialized 5mm thick steel base. This plate is designed for multi-point anchoring, distributing the load and ensuring the fence remains upright even during accidental contact.
Integrated Finish: All columns are treated with the same high-visibility electrostatic powder spraying as our panels, ensuring a uniform look and long-term corrosion resistance.
Quick-Fit Compatibility: Pre-drilled for seamless integration with our 200mm and 1000mm GRXISF50 mesh panels.
For optimal safety performance, Groxx recommends the 80×80 column for perimeter areas near heavy forklift traffic, while the 40×60 and 60×60 profiles are ideal for internal machine guarding and pedestrian walkways.
