Confined Space

Confined space access equipment is designed to solve a critical problem: how to safely lower a worker into a space with limited entry—like a manhole, tank, or silo—and retrieve them quickly in an emergency, often without sending a rescuer in. These systems prioritize “non-entry rescue,” meaning the attendant on the outside can pull the worker out if something goes wrong.

The equipment typically works as an integrated anchorage system (the overhead support), a mechanical winch (the lifting mechanism), and a specialized full-body harness (worn by the entrant).
